Processing & Handling Time

• Orders typically ship within 1.5 weeks

• Out-of-stock or made-to-order items may require 2–4 weeks before shipment
  
  

Shipping Carriers

Depending on shipment size and destination, orders may be shipped via Gardewine, Manitoulin Transport, or other suitable freight carriers.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and shipment size. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

• Orders over $5,000 CAD qualify for free shipping within 1,000 km of our shipping location

• Orders over $8,000 CAD qualify for free shipping within 1,500 km

• Orders to Ontario, Saskatchewan, or Alberta that don't qualify for free shipping ship for a flat rate of $250

• Customers in these provinces can also choose "Arrange Shipping Yourself" at no cost if they'd prefer to organize their own pickup or delivery

If you select "Arrange Shipping Yourself" at checkout, you are responsible for organizing pickup or delivery of your order. We will contact you after purchase to coordinate the details.

US Orders – Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges for shipments delivered to the United States.

Damage During Transit

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting sales@wyconn.co.
