Refund policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Free from damage

  • Returned with prior authorization

Return Authorization

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Defective Products

If a product has a manufacturing defect (such as faulty welds or missing components), we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • No restocking fee is charged

Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of use, damage, improper installation, or misuse are not eligible for return.
